    I’m Reena, a certified Yoga Teacher and Therapist with over 8 years of professional experience in the field of yoga. I hold both B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Yoga Science from Rishikesh, and my teaching is grounded in traditional yogic knowledge combined with a modern understanding of anatomy and therapeutic practices.
